Privacy Policy.

This policy describes the current Vaidyix marketing website. It does not describe the processing of patient records within deployed Vaidyix software, which requires separate arrangements with the healthcare organisation.

1. Who is responsible

Vaidyix is the product brand used on this website. The legal operator’s name, address and privacy contact have not yet been supplied. These details must be added before public launch so visitors know who is responsible for their information and how to exercise their rights.

2. Information you enter

The demo enquiry form asks for your name, work email, mobile number, organisation, organisation type and the requirements you choose to share. Please enter only business contact information and do not include patient information or medical records.

Submitting an enquiry sends these details to the website server, which emails them to contact@kodingblocks.com for the Koding Blocks team to respond. The website does not save enquiries in a database.

3. Email delivery

Submitted enquiries are sent through Gmail to the Koding Blocks contact mailbox. Your email is used as the reply-to address. The website does not offer enquiry downloads. Received messages remain in the mailbox; retention and access arrangements must be confirmed by the operator.

4. Technical information

Serving a web page requires the server to receive technical information such as your IP address and request details. Hosting infrastructure may record access or error logs that include requested pages, timestamps and browser information. Hosting providers, actual logging practices, processing locations and retention periods must be confirmed for the production environment before launch.

5. Cookies, analytics and browser storage

The current website does not include advertising tools, analytics trackers or marketing embeds. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile processes browser and device signals to verify submissions; the server sends the verification token to Cloudflare before accepting an enquiry. The enquiry form uses a security cookie to protect submissions and a temporary cookie for the delivery confirmation. Form entries are not saved in browser local storage or session storage. Browser autofill may retain information independently of this website.

If analytics, additional cookies or other services are introduced, this policy must be updated and any legally required choices provided before they are used.

6. Purposes and retention

The enquiry form uses your entries to send your requested message and allow our team to respond. This site has no enquiry database; emailed enquiries remain in the recipient mailbox.

Before public launch, the operator must specify the purposes and applicable legal grounds for any server-side processing, and define retention periods or criteria for infrastructure logs and received correspondence.

7. Service providers and transfers

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, Gmail for enquiry delivery and the Koding Blocks contact mailbox for received messages. Production hosting and provider processing locations have not been documented. The operator must identify relevant provider categories, any cross-border processing and applicable safeguards before accepting enquiries through those services.

8. Your choices and requests

You can browse without completing the enquiry form, clear your entries, or choose not to submit an enquiry. Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to the relevant authority.

A verified privacy contact and request procedure must be added before launch. For now, contact your existing Vaidyix representative if you have one. You can send website information requests to sales@vaidyix.com.

9. Security and intended audience

This website is intended for organisations evaluating healthcare software. It is not a patient portal and is not intended to collect children’s information. Do not submit sensitive information. Production security controls and provider arrangements must be reviewed before the website begins accepting personal information.
